From I-49 North: Take Exit 83, Broadway Avenue. Turn right at the light on Broadway Ave. and proceed straight 1.1 miles to the 4th red light, North Blvd. Turn left on North Blvd. and proceed 0.3 mile to the second red light. Turn right, the office is on the left.

From I-49 South: Take Exit 83, Broadway Ave. Turn right on Broadway Ave. and proceed straight 1.2 miles to the 5th red light, North Blvd. and proceed 0.3 mile to the second red light. Turn right, the office id on the left.

From 71/165 North: Cross O.K. Allen bridge, take I-49 South, exit 71A. Proceed 2.8 miles and take Exit 83, Broadway Ave. Turn right at the light on Broadway Ave. and proceed straight 1.1 miles to the 4th red light, North Blvd. Turn left on North Blvd, and proceed 0.3 mile to the second red light. Turn right, the office is on the left.

From 71 South: Turn right on exit 63 to I-49 North to Alexandria. Take Exit 83, Broadway Ave. Turn right on Broadway Ave. and proceed straight 1.2 miles to the 5th red light, North Blvd. Turn left on North Blvd, and proceed 0.3 mile to the second red light. Turn right, the office is on the left.

From Cottingham Expressway (167 South/28 West): Cross the river and follow the I-49 South signs to Opelousas. Take Exit 83, Broadway Ave. Turn right on Broadway Ave. and proceed straight 1.1 miles to the 4th red light, North Blvd. Turn left on North Blvd. and proceed 0.3 mile to the second red light. Turn right, the office is on the left.

From 28 West: Follow 71/165 South signs toward Baton Rouge. Proceed 1.7 miles to the traffic circle then follow the 71 South signs. After exiting the circle proceed 0.4 mile to the first red light by U-Haul. Turn left and proceed 0.3 mile to the first red light. Turn left, the office is on the left.

From 165 South: At the traffic circle follow the 71 South signs. After exiting the circle proceed 0.4 mile to the first red light by U-Haul. Turn left and proceed 0.3 mile to the first red light. Turn left, the office is on the left.

Appointments for neurosurgery and neurology are generally taken by referral from other physicians. If you think you might have a neurosurgical or neurological problem and have not seen a physician please call for an appointment with our board certified primary care physician for initial treatment, testing and referral if necessary.  He specializes in the non-surgical treatment of cervical and lumbar spine disorders including back and neck pain.
